Towne & Oak, the newest venture by hospitality veteran Boutique Bites, is a café and private event space located on Green Bay Road in Winnetka’s charming Hubbard Woods business district.
The menu consists of easy and delicious grab-and-go items as well as a made-to-order menu of casual favorites such as salads, tartines, cheese platters, and heartier daily specials. In addition to a full coffee bar, the café also offers wine, beer and specialty drinks.
Inspired by the refreshing feel of being somewhere new, mixed with the comfort of being right at home, our skylight sun soaked café is a gathering place to give our guests that feeling of being away from it all - right in your own town.
About The owner
Elaina Vazquez is the chef and owner of catering and events company Boutique Bites. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Elaina honed her skills at some of the best restaurants in the United States including Tru, Avenues at the Peninsula Hotel, and the world renowned Joël Robuchon at the Mansion, MGM Grand. While working at this 3 Michelin Star restaurant in Las Vegas, Elaina began catering for select clients during her free time. In 2008, Elaina returned to Chicago to launch Boutique Bites where she built a brand known for executing the finest experiences for clients and companies with the highest expectations. Towne & Oak is where her background in fine dining meets her true appreciation for casual entertaining.
